Octopussy
I'm loving it!!! This Octopussy is so great for soo many reasons.. I love the material, I love the textures, I love the weight, and I love the handle! The Octopussy has the best shape as it curves just a little bit, it has different textures on each of the two sides, it's a beautiful color pink, and the glass glides soo easily with the smallest amount of moisture. I have never seen something so unique, and useable at the same time! I love using it for sensation play, as well for just plain getting off! I cannot say enough about this baby, it really won me over! Babeland you've picked another winner!

Vaginismus
Vaginismus, sometimes anglicized vaginism is the German name for a condition which affects a woman's ability to engage in any form of vaginal penetration, including sexual intercourse, insertion of tampons, and the penetration involved in gynecological examinations. This is the result of a reflex of the pubococcygeus muscle, which is sometimes referred to as the "PC muscle". The reflex causes the muscles in the vagina to tense suddenly, which makes any kind of vaginal penetration—including sexual intercourse—painful or impossible.
A woman suffering from vaginismus does not consciously control the spasm. The vaginismic reflex can be compared to the response of the eye shutting when an object comes towards it. The severity of vaginismus and the pain during penetration, including sexual penetration, varies from woman to woman.

Tumescence is the quality or state of being tumescent or swollen. This swelling includes expanding caunt and expanding caulk. [1] Tumescence usually refers to the normal engorgement with blood (vascular congestion) of the erectile tissues, marking sexual excitation and possible readiness for sexual activity. The tumescent sexual organ in men is the penis and in women is the clitoris.
Regularly, men who experience erectile dysfunction are given a nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) test, usually over a three day period. Such a test detects the presence of an erection occurring during sleep using either (1) a small, portable computer connected to two bands placed around the shaft of the penis which records penile tumescence, or (2) a band of paper tape with perforations (like postage stamps) that is fit snugly around the shaft of the penis and will break at the perforations during penile tumescence.
The goal of nocturnal penile tumescence testing is to determine whether a man can experience an erection while sleeping after reporting he is unable to experience an erection while awake. If a man does obtain an erection while sleeping, but cannot obtain one while awake, a psychological cause or a medication side effect is usually suspected. Otherwise, if a man does not obtain an erection in either state, a physiological cause is usually suspected.
